At Viperbeast, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift Cards
Digital Products or Downloadable Content
Personalized or Custom-Made Products
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–6 working days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

We will replace products only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was received. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs may be covered by Viperbeast.
For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the order will be subject to our return policy.
